How to use:

To heat the cherry stone rose hot water bottle, place it in the microwave for about 1-3 minutes (time depends on the microwave power). If using an oven, heat the hot water bottle at approximately 100-120 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes. You can also heat the hot water bottle on a traditional radiator. To do this, place it on a radiator until the desired temperature is reached.

To cool down the hot water bottle, put it in the freezer for about 30-40 minutes.
